We accept returns unto 7 days as per the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000. After this time we accept refunds up to 14 days but only 80% of the transaction will be refunded to cover administrative and restocking fees. The item must be in the original packaging, brand new and unused and in re selling condition. If the item or packaging has been damaged we have the right to reduce the refund to cover cost.
All return postage cost will be at the customers expense and will not be refunded under any circumstance. It is up to the customer to ensure that the item comes back to us safe and undamaged. We would advise sending the item recorded and make sure that you keep the proof of postage.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that clippers are missing or damaged on arrival, please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Clippers ordered from Sure-Clip for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Returns: Faulty Goods
Faulty clippers should be returned to us in a clean condition. We will evaluate the fault, and repair, replace or refund including carriage, at our discretion.
